" For Love or money? There are considerable differences in the motivations creative and non-creative graduates have for entering work. " -- Lee Hornsby

Choosing a career, choosing a career with development, and choosing a career that suits you is an urgent problem encountered by contemporary university students, especially those who are about to graduate, who are looking for a job and want a professional match, a high salary and good treatment.

However, the employers are also looking for graduates with good qualifications and excellent grades. So, there are many factors to consider when choosing a career, and a certain amount of social practice and other processes are needed before you can find the right one.

Some graduates will find that their ideal career is very different in reality. Because of their lack of work experience, the work they do when they first start is often demanding and piecemeal, and they are not free to use their abilities.

Whether or not to persevere for the love of it is a question for graduates to ponder. At the same time, it is also a big dilemma as to whether you can have both salary and love.

I think it is more important to persevere in gaining work experience and work contacts if you are a recent graduate. If you have the right qualifications, you can be more confident in your favorite job.
